Delivery Timelines & TAT (Turn Around Time)

1. Online Fee Payments

For online fee payments made through our payment gateway, the receipt will be generated digitally immediately upon successful transaction. The student's fee account will be updated within 24 to 48 working hours (1-2 business days).

2. Physical Items (Uniforms, Books, IDs)

For any physical items purchased through the school's online portal (if applicable):

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 working days.
• Delivery Timeline / TAT: Delivery will take place within 7 to 10 working days from the date of successful payment.
• Delivery Method: Items are typically available for pickup at the school premises or delivered to the student's classroom. We do not ship to external residential addresses unless explicitly stated.

3. Delays

In rare cases of unexpected delays due to technical issues, bank holidays, or inventory shortages, parents will be notified via email or SMS, and the delivery TAT may be extended by an additional 3-5 working days.
