Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sivanthi Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we strive to ensure a smooth online payment process.

1. Fee Refund Policy

Once school fees are paid successfully through our online gateway, they are strictly non-refundable. Parents are advised to verify the fee amount before proceeding with the payment.

2. Double Payment / Failed Transactions

If an amount is debited from your bank account multiple times for the same fee installment due to technical errors:

  • The excess amount will be adjusted against future fee installments.
  • If adjustment is not possible (e.g., final year student), a refund for the excess amount will be initiated back to the original source of payment within 7 to 14 working days after written verification.
3. Cancellation

Once a payment transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled. In case of admission withdrawal, refunds (if any) will be processed manually at the school office according to the school's administrative withdrawal policy, and not through the payment gateway.
