About Us
- Sivanthi Matriculation School was founded by Dr. B. Sivanthi Adityan at Cheranmahadevi in June 1982 to fulfill the long felt need of the parents and public. The school sent the first batch of students for Government Matriculation Examination in April 1993 and Higher Secondary Examination in March 1995. “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest” - Benjamin Franklin. Based on this philosophy, the school strives to inculcate knowledge along with social responsibility to build versatile individuals who will be the pillars of the future. The school is managed by a committee with Mr. S. Balasubramanian Adityan as Chairman.

The aim of the school is to provide comprehensive education through modern training methodology which will develop the character and personality of the child.

My aim is to lead our school community to enable us to work together to achieve our goals. At SMHSS, staff work collaboratively to develop a cohesive curriculum to support the wellbeing of students and to challenge our students to reach their fullest potential. SMHSS is a vibrant place of learning and personal growth. We expect students to do their best, invest effort into their learning and take up opportunities that arise to showcase their talents. Parents play a vital role in the overall development of the child. The foundation of a successful school is the cooperation between the students, staff and parents.
